Educational Requirements: i) Ph.D. or Post-Graduate with recognized published research work in any social science discipline/urban and regional planning/management with specialization in fields related to urban economics and management ii) Published research work of high standard.

Qualifications: Membership in Reputed Professional Institutions.

Experience Requirements: Not less than 20 years experience in teaching or research or urban administration at senior level including officers of Central/State Government. Should have participated in policy-making at national/international level and should have the capacity and aptitude to mobilize and motivate an inter-disciplinary team of professionals, academic experts, to prepare and negotiate project proposals in the field of city/urban/regional planning and development with state, national and international organizations.
