Educational Requirements: Post Graduate Degree in Social Work/ MBA (Rural Management) / MBA (Marketing) /MA in Rural Development/ MBA (Agricultural Management) from any recognised Institute/ University.
Experience Requirements: 10 to 12 years field experience including conducting training to members of Community Based Organizations CBOs (SHG/ District Federation) and module preparation, Livelihoods, Bank Linkages - Rural Credit and related fields. Candidates should have proficiency in both Hindi and English and they are also required to be willing to work in field and travel extensively across the country in connection with project work.
