Post Name : Operator cum-Technician, Attendant-cum-Technician (Trainee)

Jobs Details :- Rourkela Steel Plant (RSP), a unit of Steel Authority of India Limited (SAIL) – a Maharatna Public Sector Enterprise and the leading steel-making company in India, invites applications from eligible persons for the following posts.

1-Post Name : Operator cum-Technician

• Qualifications : Matriculation with 3 years full time Diploma in Engineering in the discipline of Metallurgy/ Chemical/ Mechanical/ Electrical/ Instrumentation/ Electronics from a Govt. recognized institute.
• No. Of Post : 126 Posts.
• Age Limit : 18-28 Years.
• Pay Scale : To join as Trainee for 2 (two) years on consolidated pay. On successful completion of training, to be regularised in S-3 grade in the Scale of Pay of Rs.9160-3%-13150/-.

2-Post Name : Attendant-cum-Technician (Trainee)

• Qualifications : Matriculation with ITI (Full time) in the trades of Fitter / Electrician /Welder / Electronics from a Govt. recognized institute.
• No. Of Post : 106 Posts.
• Age Limit : 18-28 Years.
• Pay Scale: To join as Trainee for 2 (two) years on consolidated pay. On successful completion of training, to be regularised in S-1 grade in the Scale of Pay of Rs.8630-3%-12080/-.

Application Fee :

a) Candidates belonging to General/OBC category will be required to pay application fee of :

1. i. Rs.250/- (Rupees Two Hundred & Fifty only) for the post of Operator-cum Technician (Trainee)
2. ii. Rs.150/- (Rupees One Hundred & Fifty only) for the post of Attendant-cum- Technician (Trainee)

b) Candidates belonging to SC/ST/PWD/ESM category will be required to pay processing fee of Rs.50/- (Rupees Fifty only) for the post of Operator-cum-Technician (Trainee) / Attendant-cum-Technician (Trainee).
c) In addition to the application / processing fee as above, candidates will be required to pay an amount of Rs.20/- (Rupees Twenty only) as Bank Charges.
